Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy for books and products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
- Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds only for products that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We do not accept returns for books or products ordered by mistake or due to a change of mind.
- Eligibility for Refund (30 Days)
You must notify us of a problem within 30 days of the original delivery date to be eligible for a return and refund.
A book or product is eligible for return only if it meets one of these conditions:
- Damaged: The book or product arrived with significant defects (e.g., torn cover, missing pages, heavy water damage).
- Incorrect Item: We sent you the wrong book or product.
- Condition of Return
The book or product must be returned in the same condition as when you reported the issue. We reserve the right to deny a refund if a damaged item shows further damage that was not reported (e.g., dog-eared pages, writing, or stains, damaged).
- Return Shipping (Cost Covered by Us)
If your return is approved (because the item was damaged or incorrect):
- We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email.
- You are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent further damage during return transit.
- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- The credit will typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
- Order Cancellation Policy
- Timing for Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
- Because we try to ship our items quickly, you must notify us of a cancellation request within 2 hours of placing your order.
- If the order has already been marked as “Shipped” or “In Transit,” we cannot cancel the order, and it will be delivered.
- Cancellation Refund
If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund (including any shipping charges paid) processed back to your original payment method.

If your purchase includes online sessions, therapy appointments, digital videos, or e-learning courses, the terms below apply instead of the book return policy.
- Online Sessions & Therapy: Cancellation for appointments and package refunds are subject to our 48-hour notice and pro-rated refund structure.
- Online Courses & Videos: Refunds for digital content are subject to a 14-day limit and contingent upon the user having accessed less than 10% of the total course material.

💻 Digital Services and Session Policy
- Online Session Cancellation (Therapy/Coaching Packages)
For pre-paid packages, the refund will be pro-rated based on the number of sessions used, with a clear cut-off point.
- Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy (For Individual Appointments)
Type of Notice | Client Fee |
Early Cancellation (Recommended: 48 hours) | No Fee. The session is rescheduled at no cost. |
Late Cancellation (Less than 48 hours notice) | The client will be charged 50% of the session fee (deducted from their package balance). |
No-Show (Client misses the session) | The client will be charged the Full Fee (deducted from their package balance). |
- Package Refund Policy
Should a client request to cancel, postpone, or quit after 1 or 2 sessions:
- Refund Eligibility: The client can request a refund for the remaining unused sessions within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Calculation: The refund will be calculated by deducting the full price of the sessions already completed from the original package price.
- Cut-off Point: No refunds will be issued for prepaid session packages after 5 or more sessions have been completed, regardless of the purchase date.
- Digital Content Refund Policy (Videos and Courses)
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee on all online courses and videos, provided the following conditions are met:
- Time Limit: The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Consumption Limit: The user must not have accessed or completed more than [10%] of the total course material.
- Voided Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The request is made after the 14-day window.
- The user has downloaded any course materials, workbooks, or PDFs (as this content is permanent).
- The user is experiencing technical issues related to their own device or internet connection, not issues with the course platform itself.
- Access Revocation
If a refund is approved, the user’s access to the course platform and all digital content will be immediately revoked.
