My commitment lies in empowering teenagers, young adults and adults to maximize their potential and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Stefanie Minnaar is a dedicated Career- and Life Coach who empowers teenagers, young adults, and adults with tailored guidance in career development and relationship dynamics, enabling them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

As a qualified Pastoral Narrative Therapist, she founded the Facebook community “Ouer-Tiener-Harmonie”, where she actively engages parents, teachers, and counsellors in fostering healthier communication and stronger relationships between parents and teenagers.

She conducts workshops in schools, focusing on the impact of brain development on behaviour and relationships; facilitates monthly Zoom sessions; and serves as a lecturer for Caritas Care, specializing in the training of Pastoral Narrative Therapists.

She is also the author of three books: “Gee jou tiener vlerke”, Giving Your Teenager Wings, and A-Z Ouerhandleiding. All specifically designed to enhance and strengthen parenting practices.

The ReBOOT team is privileged to have Stefanie as part of our StudyStory programme, where she leads our Subject Choice and Career Guidance initiatives. With a strong academic foundation and a deep understanding of learner development, she equips students to make informed educational and career decisions. Whether guiding students, empowering parents, or sharing everyday moments with my husband Gert and our grown-up son and teenage daughter, my deepest passion remains constant: cultivating spaces of belonging, growth, and purpose. I believe true transformation begins with authentic connection.
