Annatjie van Zyl is a distinguished expert in leadership development, emotional intelligence and personal growth. She currently serves as the Director of Training & Facilitation at Tall Trees Profiles and a Partner at EI Activator LTD.

With over 15 years of experience in mentoring, training and facilitation, she brings a depth of insight and expertise to every space she leads. Annatjie excels in building high-impact teams and in designing, creating and managing training initiatives that cultivate leadership development, emotional intelligence and both personal and spiritual growth.

Her professional practice is firmly anchored in her unique strengths and preferences. As a “Functional Enabler” in the context of Industry 4.0, Annatjie specialises in complex, human-dependant work areas that cannot be replicated by intelligent systems.

With personal strengths in frustration handling, altruism and conflict resolution, Annatjie consistently brings clarity, compassion, and confidence to the leaders she mentors. Known for her ability to build trust, challenge ideas and inspire transformative change, Annatjie plays a key role in advancing ReBOOT’s mission to ReIGNITE leadership in individuals, schools and the corporate sector – sparking renewed energy, vision and purpose across teams and organisations.

Annatjie’s “WHY” is rooted in a deep desire to learn, grow, and reach her full potential – so that others may be empowered to grow alongside her. As a devoted wife and mother of two loving daughters, this motivation is not only personal but lived out daily in both her family and professional life.

Annatjie is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Positive Psychology from North-West University (NWU), further solidifying her expertise in understanding and fostering human flourishing. Her professional and personal journey reflects a consistent dedication to learning, creating content and empowering others.
